Our process is proven to get your project off the ground as quickly as possible while meeting all your needs and expectations. We’ll be here every step of the way from beginning to completion to make sure you have a full understanding of what’s happening with your home. The following is our proven process for delivering you your dream home at an affordable price.
PROCESS
Step 1
Initial Consultation / Site Evaluation
Supernatural Custom Homes builds new custom homes on our customers' land throughout most of the DFW metroplex area and surrounding counties. Once you have a location secured, we will schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the build site and get an idea of site prep costs that will need to go into your build.
Step 2
Design and Planning
You will need architectural plans for your new home. You can bring in your own plan and ideas if you already have them. If you do not already have plans, we can refer you to our preferred architect / draftsman and they can help you bring your ideas and wants to life. If you have designed plans and are ready to begin, we are ready to build your plan. We are flexible in guiding you through the house plan process so you get exactly what you want.
Step 3
Estimate and Contract
Once your plan is final, we will provide you with a preliminary estimate based on your wants and the plan that you have given us. Once, we have an approved proposal and number to work with, we will move to our contract process. Our team will provide you with an itemized fixed-price total to build your home. We will walk you through the formal contract and if financing your new home, we will work with your lender to complete your interim construction loan closing.
Step 4
Construction
This is where the fun begins! We will keep you in the loop of the progress throughout construction via our Buildertrend online portal. You will be able to view the schedule as well as make selections through Buildertrend as the deadlines come up. Your portal is accessible online through our website and through our mobile smart phone App so you will always have access to what is going on as we bring your vision to life!
